You should also possibly stick with the 8:30am to 5:30pm working schedule, instead of having the usual 9-5. 

3. Cut down meetings and use the phone more often

It’s quite normal to try to catch up with your colleague face-to-face whenever possible. 

However, when those virtual meetings aren’t really essential, you should switch over to the phone to save everyone’s eyes. It’s always a win-win!
